Who serves on Harvard University's governing boards?
Harvard University has two boards that govern the institution. The seven member Harvard Corporation, including the
university's president and treasurer, makes policy and fiscal decisions.
The Board of
Overseers with thirty members elected by Harvard's alumni strives to direct the university to have the
highest possible standards as a higher education institution by advising the faculties and university
officials.
