Master of Science (S.M.)
Harvard Medical School
Harvard Medical School’s Master of Science in Media, Medicine, and Health program trains students to use evidence-based storytelling and the arts to address pressing health challenges. Through an interdisciplinary curriculum grounded in social medicine, students examine how media shape public understanding of health while developing skills in forms such as film, podcasting, creative nonfiction, graphic design, and visual storytelling. With guidance from expert faculty and mentors, each student creates an original media intervention designed to inform audiences, elevate underrepresented voices, and improve health.
