Harvard Medical School’s Master of Science in Clinical Service Operations program prepares experienced health care professionals to strengthen organizational performance and improve care delivery. Through multidisciplinary coursework, applied learning, and a mentored capstone project completed within each student’s organization, participants build skills in operations management, leadership, innovation, and team performance. This live virtual program is designed for physicians, clinicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators, and industry leaders. It is available in one-year full-time and two-year part-time formats for professionals seeking to advance into leadership roles across health care operations.
